Bill Grant - owner, applications specialist, sales and marketing
Out of college Bill worked in the fluid power industry for Warden Fluid Dynamics. It
was a natural step to move to Hy-Security Gate Operators in 1992 as the product
specialist. Here he provided product applications, design and sales support to
architects, engineers, distributors, dealers and fabrication facilities. He would also
provide trouble-shooting support to technicians working in the field.
Then many years at Gates and Controls, the local distributor where he provided the
same skills focusing more locally, but for numerous different products. Then until
starting Dynamic Gate Systems LLC, he worked for installing dealers in outside
sales and project management. His experiences in every aspect of the automated
gate industry provide a unique understanding of what works best for each individual
application.
Scott Crowner - engineer, machinist, machine shop owner
Scott began at Hy-Security Gate Operators as the engineer in charge of hydraulic
and mechanical development. Scott's creations are legendary in the gate operator
industry. He is the true source of innovatiive machining to meet all customers'
requirements. After many years at Hy-Security Gate Operators, he started his own
machine shop providing flight critical components for Boeing, various components
for Hy-Security Gate Operators, as well as close-tolerance parts for many other
manufacturers. Scott's machine shop operates with several CNC mills, lathes and
numerous other machines.
